FX3U commtes CJ2M-CPU33 with CJ2M-CPU33 D700 using instructions such as IVDR
Use the method of parameter setting to communicate, and then monitor the communication format word 'D8120' to get 'H1C96'
After that, cancel the parameter setting and transfer the program 'H1C96' to 'D8120'. The communication with the converter is not successful
